Pay that follows the rotation, not the calendar

Crews on and off hitch, day rates, and a workforce assembled from direct hires, contractors and agencies.

Where standard payroll breaks

Monthly templates do not fit a 28-and-28 workforce

The cycle is the rotation

Pay is earned in hitches and days, and one person's cycle rarely lines up with another's.

Assembled, not hired

Operator, service company, agency, contractor — several employers of record on one installation.

Bigger wages, bigger leakage

The same percentage spread costs more in absolute money, every rotation.

How we run it

Wallets that don't care what day of the month it is

Pay runs when you run them

Rotation-end, mid-hitch advance, monthly — or all three for different groups.

One inbound payment per run

However many people and destinations, you fund once.

Several employers, one view

Each with its own approvals and records.

The rules

Some of this workforce is legally at sea. Some is not

Offshore support vessels are crewed by seafarers under a flag; other roles on the same project sit under ordinary employment law. Both end up on the same infrastructure — we are careful not to describe one as the other.

We come back with how it works for your corridors and crew mix, and what it costs — in writing.

We are early: some of the product is live, some is being built, and we start with a pilot on real payroll at a scale you choose.
